AI Studio Terms, Credits & Complimentary Access
This policy describes the current Fabulous Streams website and configured services. It does not provide legal advice. If a provision conflicts with a right that applicable law does not allow to be waived, that right remains available.
Eligibility and availability
Fabulous AI Studio is a separate creative service for eligible Fabulous Streams accounts. Paid subscription access and administrator-granted complimentary access are distinct. A paid entitlement is checked against the recorded subscription status and paid-through period; an active trial is checked against its database start, expiry, and status. Buying credit packs alone does not create a subscription.
Tools depend on provider availability and configuration. The public showcase identifies tools that are being configured or coming soon. A description is not a promise that a provider, model, voice, audio, or video workflow is currently enabled. Generation can vary and may be unavailable or fail.
Credits, reservations, and failures
AI credits are platform usage units, not currency, property, stored value, cash, or Linden Dollars. The displayed generation cost is charged for a supported request through the existing reservation and ledger system. The system may consume subscription, trial, promotional, adjustment, and purchased balances according to its configured reservation order. Do not attempt to manipulate balances, idempotency keys, or generation limits.
A supported generation failure is refunded only when the server verifies the failure and the credit refund operation succeeds. A successful result that is disliked, regenerated, or not used does not automatically restore credits. Paid subscription rollover, purchased-credit availability, and expiration follow the recorded product rules. Complimentary trial credits have no monetary value, are not refundable or transferable, and may expire or be revoked with the trial.
Prompts, outputs, and rights
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded inputs, and your use of outputs. Submit only material you own or are authorized to use, and review results before broadcasting, publishing, or commercial use. Outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, incomplete, or unsuitable; no uniqueness, copyrightability, non-infringement, or particular result is guaranteed.
You retain rights you have in your inputs and outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant only the limited processing permission required to provide the requested service. Fabulous Streams does not claim ownership of customer AI output through these terms. When configured, prompts/fields may be sent to the generation provider and prompt/result metadata or private assets may be stored in the customer account.
Complimentary administrator trials
An authorized administrator may grant an existing customer either a 7-day or 14-day trial. The database determines the start and expiration; the configured trial-credit allowance in effect at grant time is assigned and shown in the account workspace. A payment method is not required, the trial does not automatically become paid, and no charge is made when it expires.
Trial access and complimentary credits are promotional, discretionary, non-transferable, and create no entitlement to future free access. Credits have no cash or Linden Dollar value, are not refundable, and may expire with the trial or be revoked for abuse or policy violations. Expiration/revocation removes access to trial-only entitlements and unused trial credits, but does not cancel an independent paid subscription or its valid paid-through access. Previous trial history may be retained for security and administrative audit.
Prohibited use and changes
Do not use AI Studio to infringe rights, impersonate, defraud, harass, generate unlawful abusive material, bypass safeguards, or attack systems. Unauthorized real-person voice cloning or imitation is not offered. See the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Billing & Subscription Policy.
AI Studio does not provide legal advice. Features, providers, costs, and policies may change; material policy changes will be versioned and may require renewed acceptance.
